Beaujolais is a French wine region carved by rolling hills and ancient granite soils, whose mineral imprint shapes the character of every wine. Here, the Gamay grape finds its fullest expression across a striking diversity of terroirs, from the fresh and fruit-forward Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages appellations to the ten Crus, each with its own distinct personality, like the structured depth of Moulin-à-Vent or the elegance of Fleurie. Increasingly recognized for their gastronomic potential, these wines are being reshaped by a new generation of winemakers embracing more sustainable vineyard practices and precise, parcel-driven craftsmanship. Year after year, they travel far beyond their home soil, bringing to tables around the world the spirit of sharing, authenticity, and French savoir-faire.

Nestled in the heart of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, the lands of Château La Fleur de Boüard belonged to a passionate producer who lovingly cultivated his vines. It is a healthy vineyard, spared the horrors of over-production, a hidden gem. Thanks to a rigorous and respectful approach to the living world and the balance of nature, the finest secrets of this land can be extracted. Driven by the deep conviction that the terroirs of Lalande-de-Pomerol could produce exceptional wines worthy of the greatest Bordeaux appellations, he acquired the 25-hectare vineyard in 1998, now extended to 29 hectares. By adopting a precise and virtuous approach, the Fleur de Boüard team crafts wines of exceptional finesse. Alongside Château La Fleur de Bouard, the estate’s flagship wine, is Le Plus, produced in small quantities and representing the quintessence of the terroir, made from the oldest vines. Le Lion, made from younger vines, is a wine for pure enjoyment, bursting with fruit.

The story of Jarlsberg® goes back to the 1950s, when professor Ystgaard and his students at the Agricultural University of Norway set out to create something extraordinary. They initiated a research project to enhance the number of holes in Gouda cheese, using a new cheese culture. Years of persistent research and testing led to the invention of a brand-new cheese type, Goutaler, combing Gouda’s great melt and smooth texture with Emmental’s characteristic holes. In1956 the brand Jarlsberg® was born.

Established in 1983, Paris Gourmet is one of America’s leading specialty food suppliers. We source the finest products from around the world and around the block, then deliver them to culinary professionals across the country through a network of independent distributors.

Born in the French Alps in 1948, three brothers founded an Emmental cheese business. Two years later, they began maturing and marketing it, bringing about the first wheels that would bear their name from the mountain pastures to the cellars of Annecy. Driven by the reputation of their products, the Entremont brothers quickly established themselves on French cheese shelves, with Emmental at the forefront of a range that soon expanded to other cheese-growing regions and was available by the slice, in portions, and grated. After 70 years of expertise and innovation, Entremont has become the essential brand for French tables and kitchens.

Born in Oregon’s Rogue Valley in 1933, Rogue Creamery grew from a local dairy cooperative into one of America’s most celebrated artisan cheesemakers. Inspired by French blue cheese traditions and rooted in the flavors of Southern Oregon, the creamery became known for bold, distinctive creations such as Rogue River Blue. Today, Rogue Creamery stands as a symbol of American cheese craftsmanship, blending tradition, sustainability, and a true sense of place.

SPREAD THE LOVE, SAVOR THE FLAVOR. The perfect butter is made with cream derived from pristine cow’s milk, carefully churned to create the desired texture, and cultured with beneficial bacteria to develop a complex flavor profile. Butter like this was not produced in the U.S., and importing authentic French butter was prohibitive and limited for years. In 1998, Beurremont debuted and changed everything.
